The Concept
This licensing systems are applied and bound into all fonts purchased on this website only. If you have purchased heypentype fonts outside this website, then this license is void. Our license concept is based on relations between 2 entity on 1 projects. Those entity/persons are: License Holder and Sub-Contractors.
The License Holder are person or entity who owned license. Either by purchasing license himself through this website or with help of another persons/entity to purchase on behalf.
The Purchaser are person or entity who purchase the license through this website. A purchaser IS NOT own purchased license IF he/she are purchasing license for a client, then their clients are VALID license holder. Purchaser are license holder if he/she purchase a license for himself.
Purchasing A License through this website you will be asked to provide a license holder details and purchaser details.
If you are purchase a license for yourself then the license holder and purchaser details will be the same.
But, if you purchase a license for your client then your client are license holder. So the details are different between License holder(your clients) and You(the purchaser).
Sub-Contractor are person or entity who used our fonts AND works together with license holder on a particular projects AND structurally not part of license holder entity.
For example: An animations studio producing a content for Agency A, where the agency is handling a marketing champaign project for Company B.
Then, if License holder is the company B, the agency A and Animations studios are Sub-Contractors. If license holder are the agency, then the sub-contractor are Company B and animations studios. So there are 2 sub-contractors involved in one projects that using our fonts.
Heypentype licensing system is simple: it based on how often you(License Holder) will be using our fonts product on various content or media.
